Product description:
the surface of the metal carved board/panels(metal engraved board/panels) is a high-quality metal plate overcoating with colored relief after special coating treatment, the middle layer is a hard high density polyurethane foam thermal insulation layer treated by flame retardant treatment, the underside is the aluminum foil protective layer which plays the role of thermal/heat insulation and moisture-proof.
the wall panel has the characteristics of thermal insulation, waterproof and flame-retardant, light earthquake resistance, sound insulation and noise reduction, green environmental protection, beautiful and durable, and the assembly method of the board body is simple, convenient construction, and it is not limited by the season or environment, the four seasons are appropriate.

Structure:
Material of surface: the outer layer is a metal layer, which is pressed by a galvalume steel sheet (Containing 55% aluminum, 43% zinc) and is not rusted all year- round. the steel coating is coated with high-quality Nippon paint, which is durable and does not fade.
Core material: the hard high-density polyurethane foam thermal insulation layer treated by flame retardant treatment, set heat preservation, fire-proof, moisture-proof, high hardness in one, which is incomparable with ordinary foam polyurethane.
Material of bottom: the back of the metal carved board is the aluminum foil protective layer with excellent water-proof performance, which can effectively block the intrusion of water vapor into the board and build a wall, and reflect the heat source of the house to enhance the heat preservation effect.
