Gypsum Block Production Line

Gyplast technology offers complete lines to produce two types of gypsum block: hollow gypsum block and solid gypsum block. A complete line consists of raw material measuring, mixer, forming machine, space clamping machine, drying kiln, packing machine, automatic control system etc. By change of moulds, gypsum block with different sizes could be produced with the same machine. Gyplast designs a flexible production option to enable multiple blocks per mould. To meet individual customer¡¡¥s need, product specification could be customized.

3, working principle

The main working principle for calcining system, of calciner

The main body of calciner consists of fine diameter intensive radiator pipes. Thermal oil fed into the coil pipes. The heat releases into power by heat exchanger. Roots blow installed at bottom of calciner for putting the cooling air into furnace by grid plate. The cooling air blows gypsum power in furnace for reaching boiling state. At certain temperature , the calcined gypsum power will lighten, and flow automatically to outlet. This type gypsum power is state in quality. It is easier to control the content of free water , initial and final setting times.

Moreover, our equipments adopt dry electric precipitator, dust collection efficiency is over 95%.

4, simple structure, durable equipment

The boiler does not need rotary components because the materials has come true fluidization. It simplifies the structure, manufacture and maintenance. In any case, the furnace will not damage since it uses low-temperature heat source. The life span is much longer than normal type.

5, compact, space saving

Calciner is a kind of vertical equipment. The dust collector installed on the top of it as whole body. This design is good at space saving, and avoids moisture condensation on corona lines of dust collector.

Paper faced gypsum board is a kind of lightweight construction board(made with calcined natural gypsum or outgrowth of chemistry)use the construction gypsum and face paper as the primary raw material, mixed with relevant fiber, modified starch, speed freezemeter, vesicant and water; produced through mixed, molded, froze, incised and dried such working procedure.

Its widely be used in industry construction, civil construction, especially used as crossbanding for interior of high buildings, such as: used for unload wall board and ceiling board.

2. Product description
1). There is a 10t gypsum bin in the equipment it will save labor.

2). Gypsum power will be sent by gypsum bin. The proportion of water and powder will be controlled by plc computer. Full automatically beating machine will operate gypsum slurry. So it help us to save the labor.
