Aluminum Fixed Holding Furnace

The holding furnace is used for the refine, drossing, standing and temperature rising of Aluminum and molten Aluminum during or before casting.
The furnace applies direct combustion burner, which is featured with high temperature rising ratio and the temperature of molten Aluminum could be precisively manipulated. The end product of this furnace (molten Aluminum) is fully qualified for the condition before casting.

1 - The melting and holding furnace can be used in the smelting processes of various wrought aluminum alloys, cast aluminum alloys, and all kinds of Regenerative aluminum.

2 - According to the customer's different process configuration requirements, provide a variety of furnace types, the maximum tonnage of equipment up to 120 tons.

3 - Furnace type are tilting furnace, fixed furnace, rectangular furnace, round furnace, twin-chamber furnace, side-well furnace and so on.

4 - Fuel types are natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, diesel oil, etc.

5 - For customers with different raw material compositions and melting process, provide a variety of furnace door structure.

6 - Provide a variety of combustion system configuration options, the maximum melting capacity of a single regenerative burner over 12t/h.

7 - With advanced waste heat recovery technology, the energy consumption of ton of aluminum production is less than 55 Nm/t - AL, and the metal loss is less than 0.9%.

8 - The ultra-low NOx emission was achieved by adopting various emission reduction patent technologies, and the measured emission value was less than 150 mg/m3.

9 - It can be equipped with various equipments such as agitator, gas permeable brick/purging plug/porous plug, furnace side refining device , track - type charging car in front of the furnace automatic molten aluminum ladle tilting platform, and so on.

Usage
Mainly used for maintaining temperature of molten aluminum alloys, suitable for all the crafting processes, such as pre-aluminum casting degassing, alloy preparation, uniform structure and temperature regulation and so on.

Equipment Features
â?¢Higher-quality molten aluminum can be obtained. Molten aluminum temperature accuracy, composition uniformity and less hydrogen content can be guaranteed.
Flexible production organization. The crucible can be replaced at any time for production of different types of alloys, without contaminating the molten aluminum.
Low burning loss of aluminum. The aluminum in the crucible is heated with heat conduction of the crucible, without local high temperature, reducing oxidizing loss and high-temperature volatilization, lowering the burning loss of aluminum to a level below 1.2%.
The furnace floor is molded by monolithic casting with a casting material. Moreover, at the bottom of the furnace is a leakage outlet, through which the molten aluminum can outflow once the crucible is broken, reducing the risk of damage to the furnace body.
The temperature of the furnace chamber and molten aluminum is controlled by series circuit, ensuring sufficient heating efficiency and preventing overheating of the furnace chamber.
The molten aluminum thermocouple protect tube is made from silicon nitride, which is well heat-conducting, resistant to corrosion by the molten aluminum, resistant to thermal and cold shocks and highly strong. The tube can be directly immersed in the molten aluminum to measure its temperature. It has a service life of more than 2 years.
Multiple safety protection modes are adopted, such as molten aluminum over-temperature alarm, furnace chamber over-temperature alarm and crucible leakage alarm and so on.

Electric melting and holding furnace refers to using electricity as energy to melt aluminum ingots or recycled aluminum materials and keep them warm . The molten aluminum is then used for further processing. It has the advantages of fast melting speed, precise temperature control, and fewer equipment failures.

Features and Benefits

Using silicon carbide graphite crucible, it does not add iron, does not stick to aluminum, has fast heat conduction, and has a service life of more than half a year.

The outer shell is made of 5mm thick steel plate and the bottom is 10mm channel steel, with a solid structure.

The heating belt adopts imported high-temperature heating flat belt, which has high heat utilization rate and a service life of up to three years.

The temperature control watch adopts a digital display touch temperature control watch with PLD control function and an automatic constant temperature device with precise temperature control.

It adopts Taiwan's integrated SCR three-phase power regulator, with its own current, input and other display panels, built-in fault diagnosis, and long service life.

The PID system will automatically control the power output as needed to effectively save energy.

All interiors are made of ceramic fiber modules, which have good thermal insulation effect and the temperature of the furnace shell does not exceed 45 degrees.

Heating energy sources: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
An imported famous-brand automatic burner or gas burner is adopted, ensuring high heating performance, low noise and zero-discharge of fume, meeting the environmental protection requirements.
After heating, the hot furnace gas is blown back to the upper mouth of the crucible through the flue; or preheated the combustion air from the flue heater ex-changer to improve the heating efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
Multiple safety protection modes are adopted, such as gas under-pressure, assisted gas under-pressure, flameout alarm and so on.
