Impact Tester

Falling dart impact tester is applicable in falling dart impact test that causes plastic films and foils to fail under specified conditions of impact of a free-falling dart. Falling dart impact tester conforms to standards of astm d1709, iso 7706 and gb9639.

The tester is used to determine the impact resistance of plastic tube. The design of the tester is accordance with DIN-EN 744, BS-EN 1411, and ISO-3127.

This testing device confirms to the standards of ISO3537and GB15763.3. It is applicable for the impact performance test of the equipment enclosure. It has the advantages of accurate performance and convenient operation as well as reasonable layout. Adjusted to a certain height, the steel ball, whose weight is required, falls down to hit the testing sample. Then the tester can judge the quality of the sample according to the damage degree of the testing sample. It can be used in the fastness test of the enclosure with the material of plastic, ceramic, acryl and Glass fiber.
