Warm Tips for for PCB Electronic Potting Silicone
1. Sealing pakage for storage. The mixture should be used up at once to avoid wasting.
2. Silicone belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away form mouth and eyes.
3. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix HY-210# evenly before using,
it does not affect the performance.

Technical Guidelines
1. Pls put part A and B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two
parts together.
2. Mixing Ratio part A:part B is 10:1
3. Bubble release if necessary, deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.
4. HY-215# is cured at roon temperature, so pls put it under room temperature after
pouring. It comes to next process when basically cured, and it takes about 24 hours
for completely cured.

- DC/DC module and circuit board which requires heat dissipation and high temperature resistance.
-It can be broadly used for LED screen, Wind Power Generator, PCB substrate, etc.


3. Technical Guidelines of of Addition cure Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber
a, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
b, Mixing Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1
c, Deaeration the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes.Then the mixture could be used for pouring.


4.Notes of Addition cure Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber
a.The following material may hinder the curing of HY-9055, So pls use after the test. When necessary, pls clean the application areas.
Organotin compound or Condensation silicone with organotin
Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.
Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
Pewters solder flux
b. HY-9055 should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up disposably to avoid causing waste.
c. HY-9055 belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.
d. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix it evenly before using,which does not affect the performance.

3,Addition cure silicone affect by temperature greatly when cured under room temperature.
4,Addition cure silicone is easy to poisoning, please clean the tools which are used for condensation silicone rubber, so that it can avoid poisoning.
It’s fobidden to add the pigment or powder to addition cure silicone rubber arbitrarily,it’s easy to make the catalyst to be poisoning.
5,Addition cure silicone rubebr has two-component, the component A and component B, please pay attention to clean the component A containers before using for the component B, and vice versa
