Introduction:
FP series enhanced polypropylene centrifugal pump, FS series engineering centrifugal pump and FPZ anti-corrosion self priming centrifugal pump are new modified plastic pumps which are developed on the basis of absorbing domestic and international advanced technology of the same product.They all adopt mechanical seal.
FP series polypropylene centrifugal pump uses CFR-PP (enhanced polyprolene) as the material of the pump body,and FS series engineering plastic centrigfugal pump use ABS(engineering plastic) as the material of the pump body. FPZ anti-corrosion self priming centrifugal pump is of one mould shaped uses material of polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) and enhanced polypropylene (RPP).

Operating coditions:
1.Plastic pump should be installed flatly forbid supporting weight of pipeline.If it needs particularly be installed vertically,the motor must be upturned.
2.Pump needs to pour water before it starts. When pumped liquid surface is higher than axesline, open suction pipe valve before it starts. If pumped liquid surface is lower than axes line,the pipeline needs to match bottom valve.
3.Check if the rotary direction of motor and pump is accordant.
4.Medium temperature:
FP centrifugal pump=80°C
FS centrifugal pump =60°C.
FPZ self priming centrifugal pump =120°C
5.Pump forbid racing and operation.
