Skived teflon PTFE sheet is manufactured by technology of compacting, sintering, rotary cutting with PTFE granular resin. As PTFE has a very low co-efficient of friction, so the surface of skived teflon PTFE sheet has similar friction levels to ice. Skived teflon ptfe sheet can work at and is the best electrical insulator of all known plastics.

Ptfe skived sheets are manufactured from virgin ptfe granular resins which are molded, sintered, and skived to the appropriate thickness. Ptfe sheets have outstanding characteristics, including heat and chemical resistance, low coefficient, wide range of practicable temperature from -180 ~ 260¡ãc, dielectric strength and anti-stick properties, etc.

Ptfe thread seal tape is made of 100% ptfe and has the structure of net expandable mini filament. It has good roughness and longitudinal strength and is liable to laterally deform. It is ideal for packing and thread sealing, but unsuitable for applications where there is contact with high-concentration oxygen or liquefied oxygen.
