Description:
The reasonable sandwich-type compact type structure design keeps for a total length and increases system dynamo thermal stability which makes busway have the low impedance and low voltage drop features.
Note: It is strictly prohibited that there is water enter enclosure and conductor after installation, thus anti-water hydrant have to be added on the well-hole.
PE grounding conductor is extremely important for safety if big current is required. Both economic enclosure earthing configuration and dedicated PE conductor is available for customer. But the section surface of PE grounding system have to exceed 50% that of phase conductor.
CCX-II busway adopts complete closed structure with max protection degree IP54. 100% metal enclosure can be used as shortest and reliable grounding system to guarantee operation safety. Vertical installation is first choice for straight busway but horizontal installation is available according to requirements.
The standard length of every section busway 6m.

Reasonable design of connector makes both side outline and top outline available. Inner extensive ball cushion inside sides board makes it have average pressure and anti-vibration features. Same specification connectors can be exchanged, which make it easy and quick for installation and disassemble.
Adopt steel high-strength bolt and the recommended torque value is 80-108N.m

Professional anti-over turn design can avoid incorrect phase connection.
