Description:

It is made of expanded PTFE yarns with reinforced corner from continuous aramid filament, a combination of proved top qualities. It has high cross-sectional density and structural strength. This structure enhances the lubricability of aramid fiber and reinforces the strength of the pure PTFE packing. This special combination packing takes a very important role for high pressure piston pump application.

It is recommended for piston pump in the universally applicable within the PH range 2-13. It is suitable to be used in Chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and sugar industries, pulp and paper mills, etc.

PTFE packing

It is a interlock braided packing manufactured from pure ptfe yarns pretreated with ptfe dispersion, plus a break-in lubricant to reduce the coefficient of friction.
This is a dimensionally stable packing, yet relatively soft and pliable, which has excellent lubricating and running characteristics. It handles all acids, alkalis, and most chemicals, with the exception of molten alkali metals. It is suited for high speed rotary shaft service and is also commonly used on reciprocating pumps, mixers, agitators, and reactors.

PTFE Packing With Chemical Resistance And Low Friction CoefficienT
PTFE packing or Teflon packing is a braided packing made of high purity PTFE (poly tetrafluoroethylene) yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication. PTFE packing is a kind of self-lubricating, chemical inert, non-toxic and non-hazardous material.

In addition, PTFE is called "king of plastic" and causes no pollution to the medium or liquid. More importantly, PTFE is known for its outstanding resistance to chemical attack, low friction coefficient, low water absorption and wide temperature tolerance (including cryogenic applications).

Due to the above advantages, PTFE packing is widely used in chemical processing, food processing and pharmacy.
