Pioneers classifying machine is mainly used in the production flow of metal processing. According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 14-325 meshes are classified. Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores.

Beneficiation spiral chute integrates features of spiral concentrator, shaking table, and centrifugal separator. It the best equipment for mineral processing, especially used for mining sands in coastal, river, sand beach, river road, etc. Beneficiation spiral chute is adapted to process alluvial deposit, especially flat materials with high monomer dissociation degree of useful minerals. Besides, since minerals containing high mud have low concentrate quality, so they must be de-slimed and graded before entering into the beneficiation spiral chute.





The working features of beneficiation spiral chute is that the concentrate, middling and tailings are gotten at the end of the equipment, and the sorting process does not need washing water. Spiral chute is the main component of the device, which is made of polyurethane wear-resistant plastic or mixed artificial corundum resin. Its liner is made of FRP a wear-resistant material. On the top end of beneficiation spiral chute, there is a mineral separation device and a feed tray; at the lower part of beneficiation spiral chute, there is a products interceptor and a trough for receiving ores. Application of shaking table
Concentrating Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials.
There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and efficient performance. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals.

Construction
Head Motion: The head motion is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.
Decks: The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and can hold the shape unchangeable at f+50f¦.
Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.

Technical Specification
The Gandong Shaking Tables have three distinct deck designs available.
The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles sized from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

Application
Jigging machine is widely used in gravity concentration of tin, tungsten, placer gold, hematite ore, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, niobium and other minerals.

Features
The pulsing curve of the traditional jig is sinusoidal waveform, the up and down speed of water flow and acting time produced by the movement of membrane are almost same, so it is unfavorable to loose of jig bed and layering of minerals based on special gravity, and thus affect separation ability and recovery rate. Saw-tooth wave is energy economy gravity equipment that is developed and improved from traditional jig on the basis theory of jig bed layering. Its jigging pulsating curve is similar to saw-tooth wave, which makes the up speed of water flow quicker than down speed of water flow, so it can improve looseness of jig bed and reduce suction action, which can lead to fully settlement of heavy particles in slurry, it highly improves separation ability and recovery rate. Stroke and frequency of stroke are adjustable.

Concentrator is kind centrifugal concentration equipment. It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings.
Three models are available. Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%, especially for the case in recovering the natural gold in lode ore with 65% of the ore having a milling size of í¬0. 074mm, the recovery for the natural gold is expected up to 98%. For that natural gold of 0.004mm in particle size, the recovery is 97%. The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours, and the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times. The equipment is patented in China.

Application

Shaking tables are used to treat a great variety of materials, ranging from heavy material, ranging from heavy sulphides (specific gravity 7.5) to coal (specific gravity 1.3), at some cases below 50um.
