Mjdm-5 Gantry Stacker

Introduction of the stacker:
The paper taking arm is manual operation. The paper stacking height can be chosen freely.
Adjustment is available for each belt.
The paper feeding platform transmitted up and down by chain.
The inclination of paper taking platform is changing as the height of the paper. Brake is installed to fix the platforms position.
When the paper stacking height reach the set point. the paper taking platform will hold the paperboard pneumatically.
Paper stacking height: 1600mm.
Max. Paperboard size: 2200*1650mm
The transmission belt driving motor: 2.2kw
Platform goes up and down driving motor: 2.2kw.
Paper taking arm cylinder: 80mm 300mm.
