ASS Tension Clamp
The ADSS tension clamp is designed to securely connect ADSS fiber optic cables to poles or towers. It uses an armor rod to protect and cushion the cable, helping to prevent damage. Thanks to its preformed wire design, the clamp distributes stress evenly, so the cable isnâ??t over-strainedâ??this helps maintain the long-term performance of the cable system. Made from either aluminum-clad steel or galvanized steel wire, the clamp is typically used for ADSS cable installations with spans under 100 meters, such as at tension towers, angle towers, mid-span joint towers, and terminal towers.
Composition: twisted wire, thimble, PH-type shackle, U-type shackle etc.
Purposes: support all strain, make ADSS cable connect the strain pole and tower.
Features:
Preformed wire connect the pole and tower by thimbles etc. link fitting, afford the load of the transmission line.
Grip strength not less than cable 95%RTS in case that not more than lateral pressure of the cable
E xcellent aluminum clad steel improve the mechanical and resist-corrosion function, extend life.
Corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum or plastic to ensure durability and longevity.
Gripping mechanism that securely holds the cable without causing damage.
Tensioning mechanism that allows for adjustment of the cable tension.
Insulating material to protect the cable from electrical currents.
Suitable for use with a range of cable diameters.
Easy installation and maintenance.
