Ceramic Fiber Board

Ceramic Fiber product is made from long flexible bulk fiber which is a high temperature fire resistance material containing of pure alumina, silica & zirconia.

It is used for various applications some of are reformer of furnace, tube seal, gasket & expansion joint, high temperature pipe, duct, turbine insulations, kiln car insulations & seals, boiler insulation and many more insulation purposes.

Density : 300kg/m3 - 400kg/m3
Thickness : 6mm - 10mm - 20mm - 25mm - 50mm

GENERAL INFORMATION:
CMAX ceramic fiber boards are manufactured in a wet vacuum forming process by blending the chopped ceramic fiber with inorganic or organic binders for excellent abrasive resistance at high temperature.
CMAX ceramic fiber boards feature low thermal conductivity, high thermal stability and excellent thermal shock resistance.
The products are classified as STD, HP, HA and HZ respectively corresponding to different maximum service temperature 1000ºC, 1100ºC, 1200ºC and 1350ºC.
