Usage:
The CNC Rotary Die Making machine is mainly used for cutting, drilling on the different sizes Curve board. Specially developed software can import your CAD design of corrugated box, computer controls cutting units on servo motors to do cutting job on rotary die board, exactly as your design. It cuts with special drill and special saw strip. Not laser, but it can do same cutting as laser, even better.

The using cost is low, speed is fast, it can detect and stop if if cutting drill break, automatically follow, it improves automation and reduce human works greatly, the only consumable part id drill. One piece of drill can cut several even more than 10 sets of rotary dies.

The upper and lower cutting line have good vertical accuracy, it can hold the blade well, the neighboring blade can allow no welding.
Screw holes of all sizes and all shapes can be cut by one time, it solves the problem of inexact screw hole design.
