Introduction
This machine adopt gear grinding and an independent sun feeder Unit. It adopts Shandong Komori sun feeder and is equipped with front and rear communication computers to control the axial rotation adjustment function of the whole machine. The front edge uses a three-row paper feeding wheel feeding method.
It has the function of completing the printing, slotting, corner cutting and trimming of corrugated cardboard at one time. The pressing method is pre-pressing line + main pressing line with four-axis double pressing line, which better improves the pressing and folding line explosion problem. The slotting width is electric adjustment, and it attached a ruler that the scale can be read easily. The phase adjustment of slotting part is planetary gear structure. The machine adopts 360�°electric adjustment. The up and down slotting knives and creasing knives can move synchronously (use exclusive tool to adjust left and right). This small machine is easy to operate and repair easily which is specialized for slotting small boxes.
Printing part
1. Adopts �¦225mm high quality thick seamless steel tube which is surface grinding and hard chromium plating.
2. Adopts �¦152mm 250 or 280 mesh high quality steel anilox roller which is produced by Tengda Dalian.
3. Adopts �¦156mm rubber roller. It is wear-resisting, oil resistance and acid and alkali resistant. The roller is in highly grinding so it is easy to print.
4. The pressure adjustment of printing roller adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do the slight adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach best condition.
5. The computer adjusts the printing size 360�°, the printing electromechanical button assists the phase adjustment, and the computer phase is the main adjustment. The mechanism uses a planetary gear mechanism. When the machine is not stopped, the 360�° electric button can be adjusted arbitrarily. The machine can be operated while running or stopping.
6. ink pump provide ink automatically, lift printing plate by hand. also with the automatic ink distribution system, which avoid the bad influence to the printing result when ink dry out because of machine stop running. Used 1.2inch PVC ink-back tube, smooth tube wall avoid ink-stuff up and sticking, can send the ink to ink bucket in time to avoid ink-leak phenomenon.
