2, Varnish on paper should meet the principle, if excessive dilution will affect gloss, abrasion resistance and leveling; the contrary will result in dilution of inadequate leveling varnish is not good, the drying rate is too slow .
3, depending on fuel quality and gloss paper requirements, are generally on-line coating of :2-5 g / m, offline coating 3-7g / m.
4, drying method: to use infrared drying, hot air or heat pipe heating and drying. Drying equipment operation during the first table shows the temperature not lower than 70.
5, Take 12 hours after polishing of the varnish in order to achieve optimal performance.
