In April, a client from Brazil sent us a message, inquiring about motor controller for Stryker bone drill. He said he was running the maintenance business for several notable brands, and seeking for partner in providing motor controller. In the past years, too many damaged Stryker bone drill have been abandoned due to lack of repair and short of motor controller.
He saw our motor controller XC303 on internet, and found that the performance of our parts was similar with original Stryker7. Whether we can send him samples for test. We show him the detail of our products, especially the installation dimensions and operation rules between triggers and Hall sensors. He confirmed the following item complying to his tool, and wished to test parts.
a) this product can be inserted into handle and fixed with our any loose;
b) The magnets fixed on the trigger align with Hall Sensors;
c) The max range between magnets and Hall sensors is greater than 5.5mm(for cutting off the magnetic field and stopping completely) and the minimum range is zero(for maximizing the performance of bone drill).
The samples were charged but we promised that expense would be refunded in mass production. This client order 3 pcs each for single trigger and dual trigger.
Three week later, client came back to us and told us the bone drill were working well, XC303 motor controller matched Stryker7 exactly, and working as excellent as original products. Xiongcai XC303 ESC will promote the performance to a new level.
