In earlier October, one customer from Brazil, found us from internet. He sent an email trying to inquire about motor controller and find replacements to Stryker6/7/8 for his maintenance business on Stryker bone drills, especially the Stryker6/7/8, a lot of damaged bone drill were abandoned due to lack of replacement motor control, because he could find a ssupplier providing replacements. Actually we do have some types of motor control for bone drill application, providing equivalent performance.
The customer said he bought some replacements before, but after he installed motor controller into bone drill, he found that some of the bone drill failed to work at its best and some of them does not work at all.
We ask him to send us some pictures of components. After checking the PCB, we found that the triggers of bone drill and Hall sensors did not match precisely. The distance of triggers is not the same with the distance between Hall sensors. In this case, the magnet installed on the triggers could not activate the Hall sensors, so the devices failed to work or failed to work at their best.
We asked the customer to show us instruction, and check the installation dimensions. Then we recommended two types XCB302 and XC303 motor controller, which matched devices precisely. it's not sophisticated, but it needs profession, not only technology, but also service.
The customer said the previous supplier did not check the detail and just sold him products, and he wanted to bought several pieces each from us for test because he felt that we were responsible and professional. Three weeks later, customer came back to us and told us the motor controller had been installed perfectly and worked at their best.
