CLASSIC POWDER COAT has the capability to work with both large single item jobs and large numbers of small items with the same fast turnaround. The new facility also has the ability to manage a much larger volume of work than most small operators.
With the new conveyorised tunnel ovens and larger up to date powder coating equipment we can offer a faster turn around with a new level of consistent quality control.
We have the ability to coat aluminium, steel, hot dipped steel, extrusions, architectural hardware, security grilles, balustrades, pool fencing, Strctural Pipes and members car parts, POS items, furniture, electrical control panels, junction boxes etc.
All products are coated with a consistent 50 - 80 micron covering of powder as per industry standards.
The new conveyorised tunnel oven can coat items up to 7m long, 1.5m high and 0.5m wide.
To ensure that your finished products perform the way that was intended complies with industry standards in preparation and offers a range of pretreatment options including: Phosphate pre-treatment, Chromate pre-treatment
