PFA translucent customizable cassette
PFA Cassette / Teflon Cassette, able to resist strong acid, strong hydrofluoric acid, strong base and heat up to 200~220C, use to deliver wafers in acid & base process of Fabrication factory.
These cassettes keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are resistant to histological solvents.
Low profile design allows the greatest possible wafer exposure to increase cleaning and drying efficiency and enhance stability for horizontal wafer handling.

The PFA cleaning tank is an upgraded model after the PTFE cleaning bucket. It is specially designed for semiconductor photovoltaic and other industries. It is formed in one piece, so there is no need to worry about leakage. Mainly used for soaking and cleaning flower baskets or wafer cassettes with chip silicon cells. Due to the characteristics of PFA, it can withstand the corrosiveness of cleaning solutions. At the same time, it has a low blank value of metal elements, no dissolution or precipitation, and will not contaminate chip wafers.
