Insulated copper tube is for air conditioner installation. The copper tube inside of insulation is compatible for r410a, r407c, r404a, r507 and r22 refrigerants. The copper tube are produced according to astm b280 standard, en 12735-1 standard, as 1571 standard. The outer insulation tube is three layered structure and made of cross linked pe foam with closed cells. Insulation tubes are covered with embossed pe film to prevent the foam creasing. Our insulated copper tube is with rohs certificate, ce certificate and produced in iso 9001 management system. The types of insulated copper tube are twin insulated copper tube, single insulated copper tube.

Copper Tube (ACR Straight Tube) is mainly used for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. We can produce the Copper Tube (ACR Straight Tube) according to ASTM B280, ASTM B68, EN 12735 standard, AS 1571 standard and JIS H3300 standard. The Copper Tube (ACR Straight Tube) we produce is also with R410 A rated quality.

Product Feature
Generally supplied with lengths of 10ft, 12ft, 20ft and 3 meters, 5 meters, 5.8 meters and 6.0 meters as per ASTM, EN (BS), AS/NZS, and JIS standard. Shorter lengths are available to suit special requirements. Copper Tube (ACR Straight Tube) is usually supplied in the hard drawn and half hard temper, annealed temper is also available if requested.
