Product Introduction:
Arrester Discharge Counter Calibrator is used for discharge action logger inspection and verification of discharge counter in valve-type arrester including silicon carbide common valve type (FZ and FS), silicon carbide magnetic blow valve-type (FCZ and FCD) and zinc oxide arrester.
It is used to verify the reliability of various lightning arrester counter actions. The reliability of the counter action is very important to the power system. It is an important parameter to record the number of lightning strikes by the lightning arrester in normal operation. It can provide the staff of the power system with an important basis for the targeted inspection of the arrester. This instrument is mainly used for high-voltage arresters above 35kV.

The Virtual make Cup Type Anemometer measures total run of wind passing at the point of observation through Mechanical Counter of the range 0 to 9999.9 km with measuring range 0 to 1200 meter per minute. The counter unit is housed in a metal box with a top cover. Incorporated in the front is a window through which the digits can be observed. The steel vertical spindle carries the cup assembly and drives the lay shaft by worm and wheel, the worm being pinned onto the spindle. The unit can be calibrated to read km/hr necessitating a change of worm and wheel configuration. The cup assembly mounts on the top of the spindle and revolves anti-clockwise viewed from above. A socket tapped 1/2" BSP female below the casing is used to mount the counter. Brass, copper, stainless steel and plastics are used throughout the instrument to ensure freedom from corrosion and a long working life.

Used for testing crushed rock, crushed slag, crushed and uncrushed gravel for resistance to abrasion.
