These agents are mainly composed of fatty alcohol ester and have excellent lubricating properties in them that help in imparting in the fabrics excellent gliding properties in the wet process, thus bringing marked improvements in fabric's softness after finishing. Further, the decrease in rubbing between fabrics as well as fabric and equipment also helps in effectively preventing.
