CC-200 is a indoor, high fluidity, rapid strength and leveling material.
It still has high bonding,low shrinkage, low water absorption, acid resistance,
alkyl resistance and chemical resistance. It special use for fast repairing, putty and leveling for epoxy coating.

Floor fixing on parking garage, factory, and warehouse.
Leveling before epoxy coating.
Basic layer for non natural paint.
Bec ause of the early strength and low moisture content, CC 200 has widely application.

PREPARE TO USE
1. Clean with vacuum to ensure the surface dustless.
2. Working site is free from dust, sand, oil, and loose.
a). Crack and Joint Treatment
b). File on the crack, open a width of 2 3 cm depth of 1 cm or more groove joints and
clean up dust and loose.
c). At the same time taking CC 200 mortar, filled in and up the crack and sizing 1 2 times
primer after 2 4 hours.
4. Shorter wor king hours to achieve saving time, fast leveling and convenience work.
Description
1. Tough film and good adhesion on the concrete, able to penetrate into concrete.

Prepare to use
1. Mix base and hardener by the mixing ratio and Stir thoroughly, then setting at least 15 minutes. Thinner may be used to reduce viscosity.
2. Remove all foreign particles, oils, grease , rust and moistures from the surface before application.
3. Two packs product, must be used completely during the duration of its pot life.
4. Donâ??t apply when the temperature is < 10â??,>40â??, relative humidity is >90â?? or the surface temperature of substrate is not higher than the dew point for at least 3â??.
5. If the coating interval is exceeded , the surface of base coat must be roughened to insure adhesion.
6. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame.
7. Stored with good ventilation.
8. Keep adequate ventilation during application.
9. The actual coverage may vary, depending on application technique, job conditions and type of surface. Under brushing & rolling application the actual coverage is estimated at 70% of the Theoretical coverage and 60% for spraying.

PROCEDURE
1. Ensure all surfaces which CC-103(1K) will be applied are clear.
2. Mix one pail(22.5KG) of CC-103(1K) and 4.5~5.0Liter water well by construction mixer.
3. Wait for 3-5 minutes and stir before use; use finishing trowel to smoothing or apply
evenly with a nap roller.
4. Use finishing trowel to smoothing after using spray machine.

6 months in original container stored in dry conditions.
LIMITATION
The crystalline products need to be used between 4 °C ~ 32 °C when applied.
