This type of foil is used in the pharmaceutical industry to pack tablets and capsules to protect them
from ambient contamination.

The foil thickness options offered are-
0.020 +/- 0.016 mm (Foil gsm = 54.20 +/- 4.34)
0.025 +/- 0.0020 mm (Foil gsm = 67.75 +/- 5.42)
0.030 +/- 0.0024 mm (Foil gsm = 81.30 +/- 6.50)

One side of the foil surface is coated with heat seal lacquer, and the other side is printed or unprinted according to the order by the customer. 

Printing & Lacquer Coating: Printing will be done as per the text, layout and shade of hand proof as approved by the customer. For non-printed surfaces, a specified clear lacquer will be coated as a protective layer. Printing inks and lacquer coatings are capable of withstanding 160 C for 1 second dwell time. For printed foil shade, tolerance to heat will be based on a shade card (light to dark) only.

Blister Aluminum Foil is a kind of coated aluminum foil, used for cover lidding foil in pharma industry. It provides excellent properties such as of anti-oxygen, moisture-proof, leak-proof, carry-home, anti-pollution, etc.

Adopting hard anodized aluminum as cover material, blister foil is easy to break aluminum foil to take out the drugs by pushing the cover. Adopting heat-seal coating material, which cannot be stripped, PTP blister foil can be bonded with all kinds of plastic-based materials.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Alu Alu foil can accept printing, maximum 2 color printing. Mostly company logo and company name as the blister bubble will twist the word shapes so it is not suitable for multiple color printing.

For the base color of alu alu foil, there are silver and gold. The bubble size is applicable for capsule size from 00# to 0#.

PS/PP/Universal Lacquer Coated Al.foil Lids- These lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of HIPS/PP/PVC/PP.

VMCH/HSL Coated Al. Foil Lid-these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of PVC/PET.

Poly Laminated Al. Foil Lids-these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of HDPE/PP.
