We also offer Heat Sealable Wads, made from multi-layer structures including aluminium foil and foam or pulpboard backing. At Climax Foils, our modern facility houses high-precision machinery for aluminium foil conversion, enabling consistent quality and customized solutions. The process starts with raw material inspection, followed by slitting jumbo foil rolls to required sizes. For printed products, we use advanced rotogravure printing machines offering sharp, multi-color prints. Post-printing, foil is coated with heat-seal lacquers tailored to HDPE, PP, PVC, and other materials. Die-cutting machines produce lids in various shapes and sizes, while lamination and embossing add value. We also manufacture heat sealable wads and blister foils using layered induction seal films and backing materials.
