They are 75-100 times more potent than dried herbs and should be used with care. They are also sensitive to sunlight and should be stored in dark bottles & in acool area. Use essential oil in the skin, in the bath, in the humidifier, on a light bulb, in potpourri, or in your hair. Some people are sensitive to certain oils and can have allergic reactions.
