Advanced Technology
The Group has specialized composite material R & D technicians to carry out the early-stage design and optimization of compartment hood as well as the design and production of large-size mirror surface dies. All main raw materials are imported so as to ensure the service life of the hood body no less than 20 years.
The surface of the die reaches A-level standard and the design life of the die is 600 sets.
Perfect Techniques
Various techniques are introduced to the production such as roll painting, light RTM, priming by vacuum, etc.
The gel coat spraying machine and resin roll painting machine imported from USA ensure the correct proportion of raw materials as well as even coating.
A PVC foam interlayer is built for the body of the compartment hood so as to increase the strength. Silencing sponge is also placed in the inner layer to reduce the noise of the main machine.
Test Ability
The Group also owns complete detection and test equipment like universal material testing machines, impact testers, thickness gauges, knuckle arm three-dimensional measuring machines and chemical labs to carry out check and test for various physical and chemical indexes of raw materials and products.
