Main ingredients:
Mineral paraffinic distillate
Boron nitride.
40ml/250ml/ll.
Appearance: Slightly White Paste.
Main Ingredients: Macromolecular Polymer, Water.
Application:
Direct use on printing, suitable for screen with 60~80 mesh.
Suggested curing temperature is 90~120óJ for 60~180 seconds or naturally dried. Better to conduct transfer within 1~2days after printing to obtain the best transfer results.
For foil transfer, suggested heat pressing condition is 150~170óJ for 12~15 seconds with pressure around 3~4kg. Suggested condition should be adjusted according to on site machines, operation and weather.
