Terms of engagement
SPA
Upon signing the SPA, the buyer will be required to pay a 30% deposit to secure their order with the remaining balance of 70% payable prior to loading goods from our bonded warehouses.
LMC - Ex Works (EXW) Code of Conduct
LMC follows EX Works (EXW) Export Code of Conduct - Collection at warehouse.
NOTE: As stipulated by EX Works (EXW) export rules, upon collection of goods from our bonded warehouse, ownership will automatically be transferred to the buyer, whereby all liabilities & taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
