We are a new Goji Berry producer from Turkey. With our 40,000 sqm farm, we are at our 3rd year transition period into organic farming.
Our expected dried Goji Berry production is about 2 tonnes in 2023 and will increase to 5-8-12 in consecutive three years and shall reach to 20 tonnes in our fifth year. We intend to sell our products in 2 to 10 kg sealed bags as wholesale.
Our production has automated irrigation and organic fertilizing technology. Drying operation is performed by using high standard electricity heat pump oven having 1-ton fresh fruit daily capacity.
