Including moisture absorption yarns, cool feeling yarns, warm feeling yarns, antibacterial yarns, wear resistance yarns, cut-resistant yarns, fire-resistant yarns, and water-resistant yarns, etc.
Air-jet texturing process is a purely mechanical method that uses a cold air stream to produce bulked yarns with cotton touch and warmth. The feed yarns need not be restricted to synthetic filament yarns. The air-textured yarns closely resemble spun yarns in their appearance and physical characteristics.
High-quality air jet textured yarns are produced from all types of continuous filament yarns (PES, PA, PP, Glass, Carbon, etc.) as well as from their various forms (FDY/FOY, POY) to a large range of resultant yarns for a wide variety of applications such as:
Automotive, Home Textile & Contract, Apparel, Outdoor, Military, Industrial / High Tenacity,
Carpet yarns, etc.
Single Covered Yarn: Wrapped by a single filament yarn, it can be divided into two specifications as Z twist and S-twist.
Double Covered Yarn: Wrapped by two yarns in opposite directions. One is in S twist and the other is in Z twist. Different TPM will make various senses of touch.
Polyester: 12D to 140D Nylon: 30D to 1200D Spandex: 20D to 420D Twist: 500TPM - 2800TPM Stretch: High, Medium, Low
Air Covered Yarn is a regular intermingled yarn, the covering filament yarn and spandex are drawn meanwhile from a special jet nozzle where the yarns are air-jetted at regular intervals by high compressed air.
