widely used in the new display industry, clean energy, defense industry, nuclear industry, aerospace, Semiconductor Electronics, LED lighting, building materials, industrial furnaces and other industries.
Tungsten heavy alloys is a kind of alloy made by liquid-phase sintering process with Tungsten as the basic element and Ni, Cu, Fe and other elements added at the same time. Its density is up to 16.6 ~ 19.0g/cm3. It has outstanding physical and mechanical properties such as high density, good strength, low thermal expansion coefficient and good machining performance.
Tungsten heavy alloys can be divided into large series: W-Ni-Cu series and W-Ni-Fe series, the former is non-magnetic alloy, the latter is magnetic alloy. W-Ni-Fe series alloys are widely used because of their better mechanical properties than W-Ni-Cu series alloys.
