Eastern Red Cedar Products
Eastern red cedar is a highly desirable wood to work with due to it's durability, strength and versatility. Uses for cedar are practically endless. Some examples are log home building, fencing, siding, flooring, furniture and cabinets. It has a fine grain, but a soft texture, which makes it great for woodworking. The heartwood (red portion) is highly resistant to decay and attack by insects, including termites. One of the most endearing qualities of red cedar is the wonderful aroma. All of our red cedar lumber is rough-cut and comes in a variety of dimensions, ALL IN 8FT LENGTHS.
