The range includes: avocado honey, citrus (orange and lime) honey, Mezquite (a protected endemic mexican tree), varaduz (sweet branch) honey as well as multiflower honey from the mexican plateau.
The availability as per season of each type of honey is as follows:
Varaduz: July/August
Multiflower(plateau): October/November
Avocado: December/January
Multiflower (tropical): April/August
Mezquite: March/April
Citrus: February/March
