This turbulence with its high shear forces separates the cement or bentonite particles which results in a fully hydrated suspension.

The slow stirring paddle prevents the grout from settling out of suspension and removes any air bubbles from the mix. Each machine incorporates mixers and pumps of matched capacity which together with an agitated storage tank enable virtually continuous operation once work has commenced.

WBP series of automatic bentonite turbo mixer/pump plant consists of a steel sheet cylindrical tank, set-up on a strong base frame, the pump and the motor. The muds are mixed through a high-speed vortex produced by a special pump which, after sucking the material from the bottom of the tank, sends it back tangentially into the same tank in order to get highest possible efficiency.
