- Press the handle to open the fork and apply it to the fast filling valve.
- Release the handle when the inflator is on the valve to open it. You can hold the whole bag easy up with this inflator.
- Open the hand slide valve ( blue ) on the inflators end to start inflating. The bag will inflate very fast.
- When the bag start building up pressure, the over flow air stream will come out of the top opening of the inflator.
- To built up more pressure in the bag, simply close the top opening with your hand for some seconds.
- When the bag have reached your desired filling presure, press the inflator handle again and the MegaFlow valve will close automatically.
- Finally remove the inflator from the valve and close the blue hand slide valve.
The i-5060 will be delivered in a small box with two air hose tips ( Euro / USA standard ).
One shipping carton containes 12 inflator boxes. 45 Shipping cartons can be packed on one pallet.

Material
the material the outer layer is made of a 2 layer semi-extensible Kraft Paper construction with a very high TEA ( tensile energy absorption ). The air bag inside, the in liner, is made of a 105µ thick co-extruded polyethylene (PE-mix) and guarantees perfect tightness even under high pressure.
Usage
to use place the bag in the gaps between your cargo and start inflating using compressed air. You can easily recognise when the bag is filled enough. Then it sits tight and unmovable in the vault. Don´t over fill the bags to avoid damage to your cargo. Now your cargo is effectively secured during the transportation. When unloading, just open the valve to deflate. You can use our dunnage air bags several times.
Size

The maximal filling pressure is 20 kPa / 0,2 bar / 2,9 P.S.I. and the nominal burst pressure is 60 kPa / 0,6 bar / 8,7 P.S.I. according to the Eurpean standard, the safety factor 3.
Usualy the average working pressure will not exeed 5 kPA/ 0,05 bar / 0,72 P.S.I.
