MPO/MTP ®Trunk cables facilitate rapid deployment of high density backbone cabling in data centers or other high fiber density environments reducing network installation or reconfiguration time and cost. They are used to interconnect cassettes, panels or ruggedized MPO/MTP ® Fan Out cables.
MPO/MTP ®Trunk cables are offered in all fiber types as standard 12 to 144 core versions using a compact and rugged MicroCable structure. The compact cables optimize cable-way use and improve airflow.
FiberMania's revolutionary OM4, 50/125 Multimode laser optimized fiber optic cables are constructed from the highest quality silica and are 100% factory tested. Typically, 100 Gigabit applications are run on 9/125 Singlemode fibers, which require costly laser transceivers. By utilizing these fiber optic cables, users are able to implement high speed, low cost Multimode transceivers or VCSEL's (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers) resulting in greater overall system cost savings. Custom lengths, connector combinations and polishes are available.
