The technical process of the pipe line :uncoiler--leveler--shear and welder --accumulator--forming--HF welding--squeezing--deburring--iron roll--air cooling--water cooling--sizing--flying saw--straighter--end facing--packing. The uncoiler is very important in this line. This machine consists of pedestal, double cones which can be contracted and expansion, rotary brace, pneumatic brake and electric control system. One of the cones is on-line, the other one is in preparative position. It can be circumrotated 180°.We have mechanical double-cone uncoiler, hydraulic double-cone uncoiler, butt-cone uncoiler and so on.
