Tma vibratory screen
The vibratory screen is a gyratory screen, working through a motor with a double extended shaft, fitted with eccentric weights at both ends of the motor.
The whole unit is mounted on the heavy-duty steel base by heavy-duty spring, which allows the unit to vibrate freely. Spring also prevents to transmit the vibration to the base and the floor area.
The vibratory screen is suitable for dry separation, dry classification and solid classification.

Tma plastic recycling/compounding extruder
The polymer with suitable pigment or master batch is being fed in to the barrel cylinder through storage bin. The barrel is heated by electric resistance heaters which are controlled by temperature controllers to process the feed material. The rotating screw pushes the polymer towards die end for proper melting and uniform and homogenized mixing of polymer with pigment or master batch. The screw is rotated by helical geared motor. The plastics strands extruded from die head are passed through water tank for cooling and fed in to high speed palletizer. Palletizer cuts the strands in to desired length of pellets which are collected in to the storage silo.
