The setup is aligned with circular economy principles, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective production.
We utilize a wide range of organic waste inputs and agro-industrial by-products and Cocopeat/Saw dust as substrates. For packaging and processing, we source HDPE bags, PP woven sacks, PET bottles, drums, plastic trays, and bio-safe containers. All raw materials are carefully screened to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.
Fluid bed dryers, Grinders, mechanical oil extractors, vibratory sieves, tray washing machines, and packaging lines for protein, oil, and frass. The process follows a structured flow: waste pre-processing larval feeding 5DOL/harvest drying milling/oil extraction sieving packing. Our systems are modular and scalable, designed for circular waste-to-nutrient transformation.
