SFY infrared moisture meter is a new,rapid moisture detecting instrument based on thermal gravimetric theory While sample products are weighed by infrared moisture meter,the meter is Infrared Heating Unit and Water Evaporating Channel dry the
sample products rapidly.During the process,moisture meter continuously measure and display the moisture content lost by the samples.The final numerical value is fixed and showed after the dry process is over.Compared with the traditional oven heating approach,nfrared heating has the advantage of achieving the maximum heating power within the minimum time span.Samples are dried under high temperature,which quickens the detecting time generally,a sample is moisture value is detected within several minutes.It is accurate in detection and easy to operate.Its displaying part is a red numeral tube with clear displaying results.The moisture meter can respectively display enumerated date of moisture,sample is initial and terminal data,detecting time span and temperature is initial and terminal data.Furthermore,the equipment is easily available for connection with computer and printer.Hence,SFY infrared moisture meter can be applied widely in most products which requires rapid moisture detection,ncluding medicine,cereals,seeds,tobacco,chemical,tea,food,meat textile and etc as well as in laboratory and manufacturing process in fields like agriculture and forestry,paper making.plastic or rubber making,textile and etc.
