Warranty: All our machines are warranted for 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier against all manufacturing defects. However this warranty not covers parts consumed at normal wear and tear during operation like rubber goods & parts in continuous contact of abrasive media and also any damages due to misuse or improper handling of the machine at customer premises. The warranty will lapse if customer uses spurious spare parts purchased from any other buyer on the machine and fail to operate and maintain the machine in accordance with the instructions.

Rotary Barrel Shot Blasting Machine
Rotary Barrel Type Shot Blasting Machine is widely used in small or medium size iron, steel, alloy and non-ferrous castings, forgings, heat treated parts, pressings and fabrications at the lowest possible cost. The rotary barrel blasting machine employs a specialized internal geometry of the rotating barrel which features contoured ridges on the sides. This design facilitates the multi tumbling action of the drum's rotation, that allows the barrel to topple and mix the workpieces. This action makes sure that the blast stream passes through all surface area, thus providing equal and constant blast results. The machine also provides well-cleaned parts surfaces that are sand, rust, or scale free. It is ideal to use in applications requiring the blasting of small, flat, and light components.

How to use?Pressing process (Press Peanut for sample):
1. Turn on heating switch and wait for more than 10 minutes and extend the waiting time appropriately during the cold seasons (never turn it off in pressing oil process).
2. Directly put dry ingredients.
3. Press the squeezing switch and start pressing oil.
4. After pressing ends, hold (dont loosen) Cleanup switch for more than 20 seconds, and it will be easier to remove the screw and then clean; if you dont press the Cleanup switch, when pressing chamber becomes cold, the interior residual slag harden and pressing rod will be blocked in the pressing chamber and cannot be taken out for cleaning.
5. In case of power outage during the pressing process, please turn off the squeezing switch, and unplug power plug at the same time; continue to press after turning on the heating switch for more than 10 minutes when power is connected.
6. Clean: remove pressing chamber and clean it with edible detergent and water.
7. Pull out the power plug and store the machine in a dry place.
