Quantity: CIF (Delivered To Port): 1 Million Barrels Minimum (approx. 159 Million Liters)
FOB (Ex-Rotterdam or Houston, etc.): 500,000 Barrels Minimum
Smaller Deals (rare): 100,000–300,000 Barrels, Usually Through Resellers Or Spot Market Broker
- Delivery Terms: Preference for DIP and PAY,, FOB
- Upfront payments are not accepted.
