6 The Buyer's Bank issues SBLC or another guarantee instrument using the "SWIFT"
means or format it deems most appropriate, open for the total period of the contract,
to be received at the Seller's Bank within 5 (five) business days.
7 The Seller entity issues or arranges the issuance confirmation of capacity to supply
the commodity to the Buyer's Bank
8 Shipping begins according to the schedule established by contract.
