Description:
Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), also known as fiber-reinforced polymer, is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers.
Supplier: All type plastic material recycle (pet bottle, flakes, hdpe, ldpe, pp granular) polyester fiber (hcs, lmf, hollow conjugated fiber for filling, wadding and nonwoven, solid fiber for yarn and nonwoven, low melt fiber for nonwoven )
all type staple fiber production line (polyester staple fiber line, pp staple fiber line, nylon pa6 staple fiber, low melt fiber bi component fiber production line )
all type machinery for plastic recycling. Buyer: Polyester bottle flakes, fiber machine, bottle flakes
ES fiber is produced by composite spinning technology with sheath-core structure, sheath is PE, and core is PET or PP. During heat processing, sheath components are melted and adhered to stick fiber together, but core will be there to keep good resilience and shaping.
It's used for nonwoven fabric, applied to medical (facial mask), hygiene products (baby diaper, women sanitary napkins, filter industry, etc.
Commonly used as a binder fibre in core-sheath constructions, our Polyester Low Melt LMF (CoPET/PET) fibre bonds to other polyester fibres to produce wadding, insulation, filtration, automotive, and other products where heat is used to bond the fibres. This fibre is normally blended with solid polyester fibres or recycled materials.
