2. HEPA Filter with partition
The filter material folds into wedge pleat. There are two impressions after bending the filter material. Wedge pleat can avoid damage of filter material. For corrosive environments, ethylene coated partition can be applied. The Efficiency for filtering 0.3umparticles can reach to 99.99%.
