BCPL holds the credit of being the first in India, to develop lightweight gas cylinders manufactured from high-tensile steel. These cylinders show significant grain size refinement. This results in saving of steel weight with a strong resistance impact on the cylinders. At the same time, yielding very high tensile and strength.
BCPL manufactures refillable refrigerant cylinders for gases: R32, R410a, R404a, R22, R407c, R422d, R38a, R290, R417a, R401a, R437a, R134a, R418a, R426a & R600a. The range includes cylinders of water capacity of 11.2 L, 26.5 L, 55.4 L and 68 L. Recently, light-weight Refillable Refrigerant Cylinders have been developed to reduce the tare weight of cylinders by 25%, designed for R410a and R32.
Gas Safe is an emergency shut off valve, which cuts off supply of gas, incase of any major hazard caused in Domestic system due to either leakage of supply line from Cylinder to Gas Stove and or failure of equipment such as low pressure regulator, Gas stove etc. thus avoiding any potential gruesome accident
•In case of minor leakage, the product has the facility to do leak test check. This avoids wastage of priceless LPG; also potential major leakage is avoided by rectification of the leak
•The product gauge is a low level indicator of gas, which enables the customers to order the refill in time
