The elastomeric SBS modified asphalt waterproof rolling material is made of styrene butadiene-styrene rubber modified asphalt as coating. It is made of glass fiber felt, polyester felt and glass fiber reinforced polyester felt as the tread material.

This kind of waterproof coiled material is made in the following way: base materials are firstly dipped into asphalt or thermoplastic elastomer (e.g. SBS), thermoplastics (e.g. APP or APAO) and modifiedasphalt; then both surfaces are coated with elastomer or plastic asphalt; fine sands and mineral grains (pieces) or polyethylene memb ranes are spread or covered on its upper surface; fine sands or polyethylene membranes are spread or covered on its lower surface.
