CIF ASWP PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer issues ICPO containing Seller working procedure and banking details, Company registration certificate and data page of buyer's Passport.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract (open for any amendments) to Buyer. Buyer signs, seals and returns the Draft Contract to Seller for final endorsement. Seller gives Partial proof of products.

3.) Within 5 banking days, the Buyer's bank sends the irrevocable transferable operational SBLC via MT760 or DLC via MT700 according to the verbiage of the trustee bank of the seller to the trustee offshore bank account designated by the Buyer. seller for first month's shipment, in case buyer fails to issue payment instrument within 5 bank business days, buyer will make cash deposit of $1st shipment by TT bank transfer as security guarantee to allow Let the seller charter the ship and start the shipment, and this payment will be deducted from the total cost of the product after inspection at the port of discharge, or legal action will be taken against the buyer by default. Seller's bank issues completed POP documents to buyer's bank along with a guarantee and within ten (10) business days of receipt of the 1.5% Compliance SBLC (PB1.5%).
